Aicha McKenzie, model, dancer, choreographer and CEO of AMCK Management, reveals her journey to success – from the international gymnastics stage to choreographing for Kanye West

Aicha McKenzie did the rounds of ballet classes, tap dancing and more, but it was gymnastics (rhythmic, to be precise) that stole her heart. After competing for Team GB throughout her teens, she retired from the sport at 18, before booking her first dancing gig for Take That in 1994. After dancing, modelling and choreographing for 10 years, McKenzie set up AMCK Dance in 2005, AMCK Models three years later and AMCK Fit in 2017. She won Consumer and Luxury Senior Leader at the Black British Business Awards in 2019, and the pandemic saw her train as a breathwork coach. I FELL IN LOVE WITH GYMNASTICS INSTANTLY.
