THIS MONTH, THE BAFTAS ARE BACK AND KATE WINSLET STARS IN A THRILLING NEW TV DRAMA, WRITES BRYONY FIRTH-BERNARD

TV MARE OF EASTTOWN Academy award-winning Kate Winslet leads in this seven-part crime drama centred around community, family and past tragedies. She plays small-town Pennsylvania detective Mare Sheehan, who’s tasked with investigating a local murder while also trying to prevent her own hectic life from falling apart. She’s joined by a fantastic cast, including Evan Peters (American Horror Story) and Angourie Rice (Spider-Man: Far From Home); Winslet was also intimacy co-ordinator during the filming, as well as helping to produce the series. On Sky Atlantic and Now TV from 19th April TV ROMEO & JULIET Theatre fans rejoice, as the National Theatre’s stage production of Romeo & Juliet is coming to the small screen.
