Tiffany Warren, chief diversity officer at advertising giant Omnicom, reveals her career journey

Bostonian Tiffany Warren, 43, graduated from Bentley University in 1997. She moved to New York in 1999 and joined Omnicom – which provides advertising services to 5,000 clients, including Apple and Pepsi – in 2009. Warren is also a spokesperson for Omniwomen, an initiative for female leaders across the company. DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION HAS BEEN MY PASSION SINCE I WAS YOUNG. When I was 12, my art class was asked to draw our dream future job. I was one of five African-American women in a cohort of 60.
