This book is not an ethnologic study of the aborigines, but a compilation of experiences, of brief accounts, human and realistic, which allow knowing the different facets of the life of the people living there, their dreams and beliefs, and the consequences that the encounter of cultures and races has brought about. It is a highly topical theme in these times of globalization in which, trapped in the vertigo of savage modernism, the human being has gotten lost in the absurd and the grotesque, in haughtiness and egocentrism which have led him unforgivably to the emptiness of the soul.
Death, the reason or unreasonableness of the human existence, the Universe, God. Is there an answer in the past? Have we lost the true notion of our place in Nature? How to channel human creativity for not destroying the planet? Do we know at least where we are going?
