London Mayor Sadiq Khan says he wants to extend Night Tube services on the Underground to most of the capital as soon as the money becomes available.
He also wants to step up frequencies of existing Friday and Saturday trains on the Victoria, Jubilee and Central lines, on part of the Piccadilly Line, and on the Charing Cross branch of the Northern Line from three to six per hour during the highest demand times of 0000 to 0130. Off-peak fares apply until conventional services begin at 0530.
The Night Tube has proved a popular feature - for example, making it easier to leave the O2 venue after events and reaching Heathrow Airport.
