ETL buys more ex-Greater Anglia Mk.3s

ELECTRIC Traction Ltd has purchased more coaches from the former Greater Anglia fleet, bringing the number of Mk.3s in its ownership to eight. The latest acquisitions from Porterbrook are Trailer Standard Open Buffet (TSOB) No. 10406 and First Open (FO) Nos. 11093/101. The two FO vehicles are set to go on hire to Rail Operations Group along with Nos. 11092/099, these latter two having been at Loram, Derby receiving attention since October 26. As part of a rounding up of the Electric Traction/Rail Operations Group fleets, the latest three ETL additions plus Standard Open (SO) Nos. 12125/154 (which were acquired by ETL earlier this year) were collected from Long Marston by No. 37510 on November 17.
