"Precept Upon Precept" is about determining the intent of certain controversial scriptures, topics and prophecies by applying three basic principles. Principle number one "Gods' Laws Supersedes all." Principle or (Precept) number 2 "Applying two or more biblical witnesses for more credibility" and the last (Precept) or Principle is that "Christ Is the Messiah."
