Netflix Witcher star embarks on fresh fantasy adventure in Unknown 9: Awakening

“Novels, comics, a podcast; this transmedia project is just getting started.” Three years ago, the world got its first glimpse into the Fold. A teaser trailer shows a young girl fleeing from bullies, and just when we think she’s cornered, she awakens to a strange power drawn from a peculiar liminal space. Time slows and the bullies’ intended taunts play out as silvery blue ghosts. As the girl steps back into the present, she steps out of the path of her tormentors’ strikes and up in their estimations. This was our first introduction to the multimedia universe of Unknown 9. Already consisting of the Genesis trilogy of novels, the Torment comic book series, and even a scripted podcast called Out Of Sight, this transmedia project is just getting started.
