The 400 model can handle 1,000 to 5,000 email users, and offers comprehensive detection of both spam and malware. Installation was easy: we hooked up a local monitor and keyboard for basic network setup, then moved over to the web interface. Although informative, this could do with a refresh; it hasn’t changed for years. Having set up mail recipient domains, we then added the details of our Exchange 2013 server. Incoming mail needs to be directed through the appliance: this can be achieved with a firewall port-forwarding rule, or by changing your DNS MX record.
