One of my clients recently contacted me regarding an issue with BT Broadband: email and Skype were working, but Drop box couldn’t sync and the only website that would open was Google. My client had tried ringing BT, but had received no help there. In the end, she’d sent her staff home, as they couldn’t work. Remote-access tools didn’t work either, so eventually I had to visit the client; following some testing, I found that most web connections (except the Google website) were being blocked by the ISP.
