I don’t like wasps; even as a multi-decade vegan I consider them the Nazis of the animal kingdom. That said, there’s one kind of wasp that is a friend to all, and that’s OWASP. The Open Worldwide Application Security Project is a security community that produces some of the most helpful documentation and intelligence available for application developers. One such resource is the OWASP Top 10 (tinyurl.com/364owasp), representing a broad consensus of the most critical security risks that developers of web applications should be aware of.
