You might be fed up of hearing about AI, but image editing is an area where it can be enormously helpful. We’ve mentioned the AI-assisted Remove BG tool, which does a spookily intelligent job of separating foreground and background objects; Photopea also uses generative AI for its Magic Replace tool, which can transform and add new elements to an image based on your text prompt. Unfortunately, as we all know, AI is expensive to operate, so free users are only allowed to use Remove BG once per day without interruption.
