The latest release lives up to its lineage with a wealth of monitoring and troubleshooting features, all neatly collected into one web console. Admittedly, the licensing system can be a little off-putting. Pricing is based on monitored elements, but you’re not buying a flat number of sensors: rather, the SL100 pack on test here gives you a perpetual licence for up to 100 nodes, interfaces or volumes, and if any one of those goes over the limit you’ll need to upgrade to the next tier.
