AI has arrived for all Microsoft 365 subscribers – whether you wanted it or not. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint users can now call on AI assistance without paying an additional fee, although those fees are going up if you subscribe directly with Microsoft. Now even Personal and Family subscribers can call on Copilot to summarise long emails, write complex formulae for their spreadsheets, turn Word bullet points into tables, or add slides to a PowerPoint presentation.
