Fan of feathers

This design can be worked using either traditional parchment craft skills or the ParchCraft Australia UK template TP3466E. Here the design has been coloured with pencils but the pattern can be used in so many ways – let your imagination run wild.

You will need Your basic tool kit plus: • White (101)• Light Magenta (119)• Middle Purple Pink (125)• Light Flesh (later version known as Beige Red) (132) To prepare Secure a sheet of A4 parchment to the pattern using low tack tape. This will be the front of your project. Trace Using a white pencil, trace the entire pattern, filling in the ‘feather’ shapes (Step 1). Colour Using Middle Purple Pink, outline the ‘feather’ shapes (Step 2). Using Light Magenta, fill in 2/3rd of each shape.
