Just to say hi!

Just like the workshop project on page 6, this card has plenty of picot cutting for you to practice. A beautifully layered card, this design is perfect just to say 'hi' to someone special.

FRONT LAYER Trace Place a piece of plain parchment paper over the pattern and secure. With a white pencil or ink and mapping pen, trace all the lines except for the outer border. Emboss • With a 3mm embossing tool, emboss the solid traced lines. Perforate/Emboss With a semi-square perforating tool, shallow perforate around the square border and the large diamond. With a 1.5mm embossing tool, emboss inside the semi-square perforations according to Diagram 1. Re-perforate deeply with the semi-square perforating tool (Step 1). With a 2-needle perforating tool, perforate around the inside of the cross hatch lines (Step 2). Cut With parchment scissors or snips, cut between the 2-needle perforations.
