Pretty petals

Pat explains how to create this stunning floral card combining traditional parchment techniques with a pretty a hand-painted finish.

You will need Your basic tool kit plus: ● Regular, pink and blue parchment ● White pencil ● Black or violet pen ● Dorso crayons in pink, green and violet ● Dorso oil ● Paper sticks or kitchen towel ● Red and green ink ● Large embossing tool ● Extra-large embossing tool ● 1-needle tool ● 2-needle tool ● Parchment scissors or snips TIP: I added a drop of water in a spare bottle to reduce the intensity of the red. Trace Fix your parchment to the pattern and secure with low-tac tape and trace the whole border in white pencil. Trace the central flowers leaves in green ink and the rose in red. Use violet pen for the stamens. Dorso Dorso in the corners of the flowers with pink.…
