Two hours north of Tokyo at Nasukarasuyama there exists a small museum dedicated to the almost-forgotten Meguro marque.

This former factory was first established as a temporary shelter from the bombings of Tokyo during the latter half of World War II. It then operated mainly as a transmission and parts factory until the end of the company. Complete motorcycles were manufacturered in Tokyo. The original partners were Nobuji Murata and Takaji Suzuki. The company was founded in 1922 as the Murata Iron Works, owned by Mr. Katsumura with Nobuji Murata as President, working with Takaji Suzuki, carrying out repairs and some component manufacturing. At the request of Katsu, they completed a 1200cc motorcycle modelled on a Harley-Davidson, which they called the Giant Saturn.
