Though she’s denied having a nose job, Real Housewife of Atlanta Kim Zolciak-Biermann has admitted to getting the occasional “nip and tuck,” if she “feel[s] the need.” At LAX on July 26, it was clear the reality star had just gone through a very needy phase. Kim shocked passersby with a largerthan-life trout pout — and when asked about her new look, she nonchalantly replied, “I got fillers in my lips and Botox.” (You don’t say!) She added, “I don’t mind talking about it.” (Shocking!) She’s even passing on her penchant for cosmetic enhancements: Kim fully supported daughter Brielle (inset) when she decided to get lip injections last year at age 18.
