So when he ran into Mandy Moore, 32 — whom he dated for two years — the next day, he took the opportunity to send a notso-subtle message. “Wilmer posted a cozy picture with Mandy to get under Demi’s skin,” the insider reveals. “She was always insecure about Mandy.
