In addition to eating healthy, Chrissy does Pilates and works out four days a week at Body By Simone. “She’s a pro at jumping rope,” said trainer Simone De La Rue, who runs the celeb-friendly workout studio. (Jennifer Garner and Taylor Swift are also fans!) During her sessions, Chrissy rotates between booty lifts on the Bosu ball, weighted squats and standing on Simone’s CLX resistance band for an overhead press. Though she’s admitted to be being a “slight cardio hater,” there’s one exercise Chrissy loves: planks. “Sometimes I think I’m the weakest person, but I can plank for 20 minutes,” she’s said. “I’ve always had a really strong core, but it’s truly in the core of my body.
