A decade has passed since Vanessa Hudgens purchased her first home — a 5,200-square-foot mansion in Studio City, Calif. — and now she’s ready to say goodbye to the six-bedroom property. The star listed the pad in mid-February for $3.85 million, and it comes with all the bells and whistles, like a movie theater, three-car garage and views of the San Fernando Valley. Vanessa was just 19 when she bought the place and admits she went a little overboard decking it out.
