CAFFEINE AND CLASSICS CANNED

After eight years of giving Auckland gearheads something to do on the last Sunday of every month, Protecta have called it a day on the massively popular Caffeine & Classics. The event was an almost instant success and even outgrew the Smales Farm location, spawning the formation of a sister event at Hampton Downs, and strict rules on the cars allowed to attend the Smales event. Despite the popularity, with ongoing Covid restrictions and lockdowns it was deemed too difficult, with the team stating: “We have made the difficult decision to bring the Caffeine & Classics event to a close completely with immediate effect.
