As this is written, I am in Auckland and awaiting the news as to whether we stay longer at Level 4 Covid lockdown or drop a level closer to the rest of the country. I sure feel for the guys in the South Island who have been on home detention without a trace of Covid! Anyway, it’s been sad but totally understandable to see various events either postponed or cancelled. I would dread being an event promoter right now, playing the guessing game of what level we might be at at a certain time in terms of whether or not an event can go ahead. It was, however, great to get word from Noddy Watts that the Classic Cover Insurance Jalopy Dust Up will be held on 3 January 2022…
