Pop the oven on and whip up some cookies for Mum’s cuppa this Mother’s Day!

Peanut-choc pretzel cookies Makes: 20 Prep: 30 mins Cook: 20 mins Ingredients • 200g block Rolo chocolate • 150g butter, softened • ½ cup chunky peanut butter • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar • ⅓ cup caster sugar • 1 tsp vanilla essence • 2 eggs • 2¼ cups plain flour • ¼ cup malted milk powder • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda • 1 cup (75g) roughly chopped pretzels, plus 20 extra, whole • ½ cup chopped unsalted peanuts Method 1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Lightly grease and line two oven trays with baking paper. 2. Break off 20 squares of Rolo and place on a plate in freezer.
