‘Going the extra mile’

Kim Beswick from House ofTravel Ferrymead finds the perfect hotel room, fulfilling Mandy’s dream of a lifetime. When Mandy and Colin first came to see me they were going to the UK. We sat down for a cup of tea and a chat, and it emerged that Mandy had dreamed of seeing Egypt since she was a little girl, so a side trip was added to the original itinerary. When they saw the hotel I was recommending, Mandy laughed at the images, assuming that the pyramids had been photoshopped into the background.
