We’re loving the retro entertainment unit, $179, and this lush – and very budget-friendly! – rug, $149. LITTLE LUXURIES First there were tiny houses, now there are ‘micromansions’: 375 square-metre, ultra-luxury homes. The first design by developer Frank McKinney features three bedrooms, four baths, a sun deck that floats between two pools, antique wood flooring from a sunken 16th-century Spanish galleon, sea-glass kitchen countertops, and a second-floor outdoor shower.
