MY JOB IN ONE SENTENCE: I’m the ‘Chief Wrangler’ behind the scenes at Parliament. That includes my team and the MPs. WHAT I ENJOY MOST ABOUT MY WORK: When my team or MPs trust in me, confide in me and approach me for either advice or a decision – that makes me feel pretty great. PERK OF THE JOB: I love being able to engage directly with interesting people, whether it’s the Prime Minister or climate activists. I feel pretty lucky to have that sort of connection. MY MORNING ROUTINE: I usually start the day with a 6am run before heading to work around 8am with my breakfast salad.
