7+ YEARS FABULOUS FAN STEP 1 Measure and cut a 20cm x 48cm rectangle out of patterned wrapping paper. Draw lines 2cm apart along the length of the back of the paper. STEP 2 Fold along the lines in an accordion style and then fold down the middle. Tie a piece of string or wire around the middle. STEP 3 Fan out the paper and stick the top ends together with tape or glue. Stick down large craft sticks to the other ends of the fan with double-sided tape to create the handle.
