Liam Hemsworth’s outlook on life appears completely transformed – and so does he. In a new interview with Men’s Health, the 30-year-old admitted that his whole world shifted after splitting from Miley Cyrus, and that he’s since been working on “rebuilding” himself. Furthermore, Liam says his commitment to an exercise regimen has not only meant he’s in the best shape of his life – but more, it has cleared his mind. “This last six months, honestly, for keeping my head level and just staying balanced, I’d say exercise has been big for me,” the actor told the publication.
