Janie Pea Menchaca is no stranger to homelessness. As a teen, she was forced out of her home and into the hands of unscrupulous characters who falsely promised her love. Entangled in a never-ending cycle of despair and defeat, she invited Jesus Christ into her heart, only to become homeless once again after fleeing an abusive relationship. Although those days were terrifying, she finally began to truly trust Jesus Christ to walk beside her, help her escape her pain, and guide her to seeing her worth and beauty.
