After DON is robbed and killed, RICH goes on a manhunt to find those who are responsible and make them suffer the most grizzly death imaginable. Nothing outside of Rich's own demise can stop him from extracting revenge.
Meanwhile, ROB and his gang continue with their spree of masking up on drug bosses throughout the streets. But soon, bad blood and internal discord threatens to destroy what the gang has built. The streets are clouded with beef, blood, and bullets.
Rich is holding down his position as a drug boss, while Rob is out to murk him. When these two heavyweights clash, the streets will tremble. Rich understands that murder is bad for business, but some things can't be avoided. Will he lose everything as he seeks to bury Rob in dirt? Or will Rob bury Rich first, proving that a man can't spend his MONEY IN THE GRAVE?
