SCISSOR SWE EP Jocko controls Michael’s arm with a same-side grip and breaks his posture with a collar grip. As Jocko slides his knee across Michael’s belly, he pulls him forward, disrupting his balance. Michael can’t stop it. HIP TOSS TO ARM LOCK From the standing position, Jocko loads Michael on his hip for a judo throw. Jocko maintains the arm grip as Michael falls, then sits into a straight arm lock. The only move that Michael has left is to quickly tap out. STEP OVER TO LEG LOCK Jocko capitalizes on Michael’s poor defense and steps over for a straight leg lock. This uses Jocko’s body as the fulcrum and Michael’s ankle as the end of the lever. But the lock itself is the extended immobilized leg. MOUNTED ARM LOCK Jocko starts from a dominant mounted…
