My name is Justin Days, aka Shredded_days. I’ve been a trainer/model for 7 years. I am very passionate about what I do. The reason why I train is to grow mentally, emotionally and physically, to overcome ANY OBSTA-CLE. Throughout my training I have realized that the body can achieve what the mind believes. I started my fitness journey with a trainer to distract myself from the negative people and things in my life. My first thought was purely to keep myself disciplined and consistent. In the beginning I wasn’t concerned about the physical transformation. Two years later I woke up and realized my body drastically changed.
