Where International Jaguar Festivals are concerned, there are usually two types of JCNA members. There are those who attend, sometimes driving long distances in order to show a car, or compete with others in a rally or slalom and/or soak up the camaraderie of being with like-minded enthusiasts. The second, and inevitably much larger group, consists of those who don’t or can’t attend, for whatever reason. AN UNWELCOME ‘FIRST’ This year, I invented a new category – by flying 600 miles and seeing almost none of the action and few of the people, courtesy of an ill-timed bout of Montezuma’s revenge. Thanks to the efforts of others on site, we have nevertheless managed to put some nice coverage together. One of those ‘others’ was Nicole Smart, who writes the Spotlight…
