Using your template, trace the cloud onto the fabric and then cut it out carefully. 2. Place your cloud cutout and the ribbons on the T-shirt to measure; cut to your desired length. 3. Apply glue to the back of your cloud and stick it on the t-shirt. Tuck ribbons underneath clouds before the glue dries out. TIP! Before gluing on the cloud, mark the spot with a pencil so you don’t forget where to glue it.…
