This yummy treat is easy to make and delicious to eat!

PREPARATION TIME: 15 minutes COOKING TIME: 25 minutes WHAT YOU NEED: • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted • One cup of brown sugar • One egg lightly beaten • One and a half teaspoons of vanilla extract • A pinch of salt • One cup of plain flour • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda WHAT TO DO: 1 Heat oven to 175°C. 2 Line a 20cm x 20cm baking pan with baking paper or you can lightly butter and flour it. 3 Whisk together the melted butter and sugar in a bowl.
