And then you will have a clearer idea of how to make best use of the spaces, indoors and outdoors.”
2 Choose your reno team carefully And know your own limitations, because DIY only goes so far, says Scott. “A renovation of this scale and level requires a project team, including architect, engineer and builder, who know what they are doing and are experienced in working on terraces. It would be a bit ambitious for an inexperienced home renovator. We also had the advantage of working with Luigi previously.”
