JEN PARRISH-HILL I go through times of planning, and I usually set goals at the beginning of the year. It helps to have an idea of where I want to go, but making things that just need to come into the world can happen without any plans. I tend to be more productive when I have a show or photo shoot to create for; the visualization and planning of what I want to accomplish is a good motivator.
