Hibernation season? I’m ready!

Having experienced various periods of insomnia in my life, and then being hit by the sleep deprivation that came with having twins, it’s fair to say I am pretty passionate about sleep these days! Getting my eight hours of shut-eye is important to me, and I have fine-tuned my strict bedtime regime to maximise my chances of a good night’s slumber. “I have fine-tuned my bedtime regime for the best chance of a good slumber” Relaxing scents play a big part. I light a sleep candle, spritz my pillow with a lavender spray and apply sleep balm.
