Hymns for the Church on Earth is a collection of hymns selected and arranged by John Charles Ryle, a prominent Anglican bishop in the 19th century. The hymns cover a range of topics, from praise and worship to the sacraments and the life of Christ. Many of the hymns are still popular today, such as 'Holy, Holy, Holy' and 'All Creatures of Our God and King.' This edition includes Ryle's original introduction and a new foreword by a contemporary scholar.
