Application of Nano Bubble Water Fuels

The distributed self-inductance of each coil inherentlty prevents amp influxing (retards current flow) across the water gap; while simultaneously, the distributed capacitance of each coil causes an increase of applied Voltage Potential of opposite polarity of equal intensity, placed on opposites sides of the water molecule, performing the Electrical Polarization Process. Each coil further functions as Resonant Charging Choke to tune-in to the dielectric properties of water.
