Fire extinguisher jammed at the edge of the driver’s seat — out of the way, yet at hand with the release catch pointed up for quick use. 3. Flashlight taped to handle of steering brakes is in easy reach of either occupant. Notice that liquid rubber has been applied to the joint between cap and body of the flashlight to keep out dust or water.…
