In 1858, members of Found Grace Church launched a Holy Crusade to travel from Illinois to Kansas in order to fight the abomination of slavery and cast votes to join the state to the Union as free. In 1859, they fight to protect the town of Brotherton (Fictional) from pro-slavery maraiuders bent on their destruction. To the people of Brotherton, their crusade brought them not to a Holy Land, rather to a Holey Land, one full of bullet holes.
