INDEMNIZACIONES MILLONARIAS

En 1962, las autoridades del Estado de Israel acordaron indemnizar a algunos de los antiguos propietarios de las colonias templers en concepto por la expropiación de sus casas y tierras de cultivo. En total, el gobierno israelí desembolsó unos 54 millones de marcos alemanes (equivalentes a unos 100 millones de dólares actuales). Parte de aquel dinero, paradójicamente, acabó en manos de algunos de los templers nazis más convencidos. Ese fue el caso de Ludwig Buchhalter, que murió en Alemania a los 96 años, y que recibió una cantidad equivalente a medio millón de dólares actuales.…
