El encuentro entre NEHRU y LA PASIONARIA

Una de las anécdotas de aquel viaje fue la entrevista que mantuvieron Dolores Ibárruri, La Pasionaria, y Nehru. Tras aquella reunión, el líder hindú quedó prendado de la fuerza y el carisma de la dirigente comunista española. Como el mismo Nehru escribiría tiempo después, “palabras apasionadas emanaban de sus labios, precipitándose una detrás de otra, su rostro iluminado por el fuego que ardía en su interior, y sus ojos chispeaban hasta atraparte”. Nehru quedó prendado de la fuerza ejercida por La Pasionaria y no es extraño que le sirviera de inspiración y de modelo a seguir a la hora de dirigirse él mismo a las masas de su país.…
