Trust is something not easily won...
Sophia has always wanted a horse of her own, but her family can't afford one. So instead, she spends her free time working at a nearby stable to pay for lessons. But with her deep love for Jesus and quiet personality, she has a hard time making friends.
So when a new client comes to the stable and is unkind to Sophia and everyone she knows, she learns how to show both true kindness and forgiveness to others, even if they don't seem to want it. Will she be able to help this girl who is filled with so much bitterness?
And when a poor, neglected horse is rescued from a perilous situation, Sophia is given the task of nursing her back to health. The horse is scared and unsure, and their time together teaches her a lot of things about herself and life. So when she must take on the big task of proving what the horse is worth by riding her in a big show, will she have the courage to do it?
Will Sophia be able to show everyone just how much heart this rescued mare has before she is sold again?
