Longtemps le T-shirt blanc, initia lement simple sous-vêtement porté par les Marines et produit par Hanes et Fruit of the Loom au début du XXe siècle, aura été réduit à cette iconicité-là: une jeunesse rebelle, un jeune homme cool et nonchalant des années 1950 qui, vêtu d’un humble bout de tissu blanc coupé en forme de T, venait affirmer l’avènement d’une nouvelle masculinité.
