Four years ago, Tiffany Irving and her husband Ed took the brave step of selling their beautifully renovated Victorian semi in the Manchester suburbs to move into rented accommodation, so that they could begin transforming a dated 1920s property into their forever family home. ‘We’d moved into our old house back in 2016 – a month before we realised I was pregnant with our fourth child,’ explains Tiffany. ‘We knew we wanted to do quite a bit of work to the property, but when we received that happy news, my nesting instincts really went into overdrive and somehow, we turned that place around in a year, including a wraparound extension.’
