How to rock a mod mohawk

It’s surprisingly easy to transform a longish short cut into an edgy punk style.

1 Work a volumising mousse or lotion through your hair when it’s damp. With an index finger at each temple, draw two diagonal partings towards a point at the crown. Dry this section first. Blast it with a dryer, pointing the nozzle up and away from the roots. 2 Pull strands of hair up with your fingers for maximum lift, says hairstylist Nunzio Saviano. Once this area is dry, make the rest of your hair sleek by blow-drying it in small sections. Use your fingers to guide the hair into the shape you want to create.
